Flooring is "old". One of the first projects we did. Altho, it probably looks new because I finally started cleaning it on a regular basis! Ha! :) I'd be happy to put Raf to work installing a new sink for you! Maybe that will be our celebratory trip when we finally finish work on our own house...say 2022?? :)
