Saturday=time to work on the closets! Raf went out for all the supplies in the morning, and we got to work. I outlined the cut list, he cut and sanded, I waxed.

We had considered a dark ebony stain color, but weren't feeling it when we tested it in the space. Instead, we're going raw--just waxing to protect the wood.
Loving this wax, by the way! It's easy to apply, smells yummy, and is chemical free.

You can see the difference between the waxed and unwaxed boards here. It brings out a pretty golden color in the wood.
House work is always better with cookies! I love our neighbors.

Watch out! First cleat going up in my closet! Woo Hoo!
